After having launched the Blue Plaque scheme in Rochdale borough, I wanted to move forward on this fascinating project. On my free time, I have teamed up with the French company Toki Studio to create a phone and tablet application. We successfully developed 'Rochdale Blue Plaque' application, supposedly the first blue plaque application in the United Kingdom.
PROJECT
The Blue Plaques Rochdale application provides information about the blue plaque scheme in Rochdale borough and gives the listing of all the blue plaques, which celebrate famous people, places and historic events.
